As a fellow recovering procrastinator and someone who has studied procrastination and coached others to breakthrough their habit, I would say "yes" to your question. But, one of the first keys to overcoming procrastination, as with any other affliction is first "the awareness stage."

Just asking the question brings it to your consciousness and will allow you to evaluate it from a whole different perspective. Congratulations on taking that first step and beginning to build a new habit of thinking, feeling and acting.
